The Economic and Financial Crime Commission has arraigned businessman,Babagana Abba Dalori and his company Galaxy Transportation and construction services on a fresh 12 count charge.

The charge which was brought before Justice Muawuyah Baba Idris of the FCT High Court Nyanyi is to the tune of ninety five million naira five hundred and Thirty thousand naira bothers on breach of trust and obtaining by false pretense.
The Defendants allegedly obtained the money from one Asiya Aliyu Bala, an offense contrary to section 311 of the penal code Act Cap 532 laws of the Federation of Nigeria and punishable under Section 312 of the same Act.
