The Adamawa state police command has deployed additional 471 personnel to provide security during the coronation and official presentation of first class staff of office to the new Hama Bachama.

A statement signed by the force PRO Suleiman Nguroje and made available to newsmen states that the Commissioner of police OLUGBENGA ADEYANJU,fdc, has ordered for immediate deployment of police to secure the venue, protect lives and properties, ensure law and order is maintain and ensure effective crowd control.

” The CP have also ordered for massive deployment of operatives to strengthen security around the HAMA BACHAMA’s palace.

” Consequently, the Divisional police officers, their supervising Area Commander and 14pmf Commander are directed to identity and isolate law breakers from the venue, immediately arrest and delegently prosecute such perpetrators of violence.

” The CP calls on members of the public to avail the police with useful information that can lead to the arrest of the of violators of law.

” The CP have advised parents/guardians to prevail on their children/wards to stear-clear of act of violence and criminality as the command will exercise the full power of the law to prevent any attempt to disrupt the process of the coronation,” the statement reads.
