Ahead of the 2023 General Elections, former Governor Muhammadu Jibrilla Bindow has thrown his weight behind Rev. Amos Yohanna, Adamawa Northern Senatorial aspirant of the next polls.

The former Governor who represented Adamawa Northern Senatorial Zone from 2011 to 2015 heaped praises on the aspiration of Rev. Amos Yohanna, describing him as a trailblazer who has always worked for the interest of the people.

Senator Bindow who received the aspiring Senator at his residence in Mubi poured encomium on his personalities.

He is of the believe that Rev. Amos Yohanna is the only one that can liberate the people of Northern Zone from the shackles of underdevelopment.

Senator Bindow who regards him as his elder brother expressed optimism that with Rev. Amos Yohanna as the Senator representing the zone, the zone will experience a drastic turnaround.

He said he belief in his capability to present laws and motions that will have a direct bearing on the lives of the people while also lobbying for developmental projects for the zone.

Finally, he assured him of his unflinching support and cooperation before, during and after election.

In his response, Reverend Amos Yohanna appreciated the love and support showed to him and promised not to take it for granted.

He assured the former Governor that with him as the Senator, what is meant for the people will definitely reach them.

He also promised to present laws and motions at the floor of the house while also pushing for its passage and making sure it is implemented for the betterment of the constituency.

Rev. Amos finally revealed that not only will he present laws and motions, he will execute constituency projects in tandem with what the constituents brings forth and will also carry youths along in every of his activities.
