The Management of the Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola at its routine briefing held on Thursdays considered an on the spot report on the need to resume partial activities in the University.

The registrar, Halima Mohammed, in a statement said the action is with a view to safeguard the infrastructure and some key components of the University system.

“In view of the above therefore, management hereby request/directs all Head of non teaching Units and their Secretaries to resume work as from Monday 1st of June, 2020.

“Further to that, all staff of Physical Planning unit, Works and Maintenance, School Officers and Cleaners are also to resume on the said date please, ” the statement reads.

The statement direct heads of units to
work out a schedule of attendance for required staff.
