Mild drama ensued Thursday in Donga, Headquarters of Donga local government area of Taraba state during the official presentation of staff of Office to the 10th Gara Donga, HRH Sanvalla Varzoa Shimbura Gargbanyi (II).
Some section of the crowd who came to witness the occasion booed Taraba state governor, Darius Ishaku.
Security operatives was however able to prevail on the aggrieved multitude whose greivance at the time of this report is yet to be known.
This was at the instance an elder State man and former minister of defence, Theophilus Danjuma.
It was gathered that the crowd booed the governor when he was about paying homage to the elder statesman.
The governor afterwards conferred a staff of office on the Gara Donga as the 10th paramount ruler of Chamba race HRH Sanvalla Varzoa Shimbura Gargbanyi (II).
