Friends and associates of the member representing Numan, Demsa and Lamurde constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Kwamoti B. Laori have purchased the nomination and expression of interest form for the law maker to run again for the office of the House of Representatives.

The group presented the forms to the lawmaker at his office at the green chamber during a courtesy call recently.

Bitrus Bona who spoke on behalf the friends and associates said Laori has performed overwhelmingly hence the need to spur him to continue the good work. He stressed that their decision to buy him the nomination and expression of interest form is borne out of a genuine desire for his continuity hence the resolve to support him this way.

Hon Laori who was visibly shocked could not hide his emotions filled with gratitude as he described their action as a “shocking gesture of encouragement.” He said he never expected such from anyone but that their singular act will now be a constant reminder that his mandate belongs to the people of his Constituency. He promised to justify the confidence reposed in him by continuing to do the needful for the benefit of all his Constituents.

The leaders of Bwatiye, Mbula and Tshobo community in Abuja, Comrade Eliot Afiyo, Rt. Hon Pwamwakino Mackondo, Col. Nicolas Cornelius (mni)Rtd, Hon Mrs Pwavi Jacob, Mr. Kamri Appolos, Mrs Kanatapwa Nathan, Alh. Hassan Dankwambo, Hon Samson Dilli, and a host of others too numerous to mention were among those who spoke during the courtesy visit.
