The Nigerian Ambassador to Portugal, Ambassador Alex Enan Kefas has presented his letter of credence to the President of Portugal, His Excellency, Marcelo Robelo de Sousa.

At a ceremony in Lisbon, President Marcelo warmly received the Nigerian Diplomat expressing delight and willingness to deepen ties between the two countries.

Ambassador Alex, had earlier committed to promoting Peaceful and mutually beneficial relationship between Nigeria and Portugal, adding that both countries have so much to benefit from each other.

“I have today presented my Letters of Credence as Ambassador, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to His Excellency,  President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa of the Republic of Portugal”.

Ambassador Alex is a carrier Diplomat from Ganye Local Government Area of Adamawa State in Nigeria. Untill his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary he was the head of the Nigerian mission in Libya.
